KCTT are the civil design consultant for the development of 200 lots for Handle Property Group in Peregrine Estate, Piera Waters. The development is located on the western side of Wright Road and exhibits specific issues with high groundwater (exhibiting at surface through much of the devel opment).
KCTT provided a range of services including:
- Detailed geometric road design
- Stormwater drainage design
- Sewer and water design
- Coordination of electrical, telecommunications, gas and landscaping inputs
- Intersection design and roundabout design
KCTT recently completed the project using an open tender process with the project split into separable portions for early earthworks and the construction of 3 stages consecutively of the development.
