KCTT completed structure planning, infrastructure, servicing reports and full civil engineering design services for development of over 350 lots in three areas of Dayton including an area bounded by Lord Street, Cranliegh Street, Arnold Street and Harrow Street. 
This development area included a fully landscape public open space which includes a drainage detention basin designed to mimic the features of a native wetland. 

Our scope of works includes:

  • Concept and detailed design of roads, drainage, wastewater and water infrastructure.
  • 3 x UWMP documents over Arnold Street, Victoria Road and Sam Rosa Place.
  • Tender administration split into early earthworks and civil contracts.
  • Commencement of project in July 2012.
