KCTT have completed several studies across the Forrestfield North project. Commencing in 2012. under the management of TPG we have progressively developed concept designs, detailed traffic management and transportation planning and stormwater drainage strategies over the entire precinct.

Our scope of works included:

  • Detailed traffic modeling over the precinct and adjoining major road networks including Kalamunda Road to the north, Hale Road to the east, Roe Highway and Tonkin Highway to the south.
  • Intersection modeling on all major internal intersections to enable the development of concept engineering designs.
  • Concept geometric road design on all roads bounding and internal to the development area.
  • Detailed cost estimation and quantity analysis of all road infrastructure required under the DCP.
