KCTT have completed full conceptual design over the Henley Brook DCP scheme area. We also completed the full transport modeling and ran a peer review of the quantity and cost estimates for the contribution scheme which will be managed by the City of Swan.
KCTT are now design consultants for approximately 600 lots.
Our scope of works includes:
- Concept design of over 20 km of road network.
- Detailed transport modeling
- Detailed civil design completed for approximately 210 lots.
- Tendered administration completed on 3 stages of development.
- Contracted administration completed on 2 stages of development and commenced on stage B3.
