KCTT have completed detailed design works over an area encompassing 110 lots in Dayton in the Swan growth corridor. The area of the study is bounded by Blundell Street to the west and Malvern Street to the east. We also completed a detailed UWMP over approximately 250 lots. One of the key success components of this design is the maintenance of vegetation in the existing drainage swale and along Blundell Street.

Concept and detailed design of roads, drainage, wastewater and water infrastructure.
UWMP over 250 lots including design for temporary basins, the ultimate basin on lot 7 Harrow Street and design integration of the Arnold Street to Malvern Street drainage swale.
Tender administration split into early earthworks and civil contracts.
