LAND DEVELOPMENT
Design and implementation of greenfield and brownfield urban infrastructure projects. This includes but is not limited to: preliminary feasibility investigations, design of wastewater, water and drainage systems, roads and intersections, earthworks, management of tendering process and contract administration.
URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
Document and calculations are prepared in accordance with following documents: “Better Urban Water Management” document prepared by WAPC and DoW and “Guidelines for Preparing Plans and for Complying With Subdivision Conditions” prepared by DoW.
CONCEPT DESIGN
Preparation of drawings to a standard 15% engineering design.
DETAILED DESIGN
Continuation of the concept design to provide a robust and cost effective design, obtaining all necessary approvals.
TENDER ADMINISTRATION
Preparation of engineering drawings and engineering specifications for tendering, advertising tender, responding to queries, assessing and awarding the tender.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Organisation of weekly meetings, site visits, administration of contract during construction and organisation of final inspections.
EXPERT ENGINEERING OPINION
Provision of specialist advice for legal proceedings.
INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICING REPORT
Preliminary investigation on the existing infrastructure services which can be accompanied by cost estimate.
STORMWATER DRAINAGE
Preparation of stormwater drainage strategies and design of stormwater drainage systems.
